Download In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Ravin Crossbows, LLC (“Ravin”), which produces hunting equipment under the brand name Ravin Crossbows is conducting a voluntary recall of its R500 model crossbows. If nearly but not fully cocked, the crossbow can discharge unexpectedly while consumers cock or uncock the crossbow, posing an injury hazard. Please note this alert applies to the Models identified above.
INDIVIDUALS IN POSSESSION OF THESE PRODUCTS MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE AND REMOVE AND RETURN THE CROSSBOWS TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR A FREE REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT.

All owners and users of these crossbows are directed to contact Ravin Customer Service by calling 1-888-769-7287 (available M-F from 8am-5pm CT) or by contacting us with the web-form below.
You will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, mailing address, email and to verify you have the affected crossbow. Ravin will make arrangements for the affected crossbow to be returned and repaired.
