The role of Customer Service/Technical Support Representative is to work with external suppliers and dealers, while keeping connected to Ravin office staff through phone calls, meetings, and email/online – to ensure customer orders are entered accurately and filled to their complete satisfaction. You’ll be Ravin’s point of customer contact for following through on sales and tech issues.


Role and Responsibilities:

- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

- Utilize torque wrench/driver and arbor press

Ravin Product Manager is responsible for executing the plan to grow our product line for our industry leading archery business. You will coordinate the development, testing and implementation of new products while monitoring the quality and performance of the existing product line.   

Location – based in Superior, WI preferred, offsite is negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with product development team to define market trends, competitive set, and new product opportunities for Ravin.
  • Coordinate engineering team efforts in new product development and testing.
  • Work with sales and operations to manage and enhance existing product line life cycles including product enhancements and/or cost savings opportunities.
  • Specifying performance and financial requirements for current and future products.
  • Work in conjunction with sourcing and purchasing teams to identify key new products and product improvements with domestic and overseas vendors.
  • Accountable for accurate documentation of the PDC process, BOM development and new product assembly SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Project Management discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience directly in project/product management experience preferred

The Freight Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day truckload and less-than-truckload (TL and LTL) shipment operations in the Shipping department. The Freight Shipping Lead is a working Lead position and is responsible for shipping of Ravin and Centerpoint Archery freight loads and helping where needed to accomplish company goals. The Freight Shipping Lead ensures that shipping clerks are picking and processing orders accurately and efficiently, and monitors shipping supplies.

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for aiding in the process of recording incoming, outgoing, and internal transfers of inventory. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for assisting in analyzing and reporting discrepancies in the inventory records. This position is also responsible for conducting regularly scheduled inventory counts that may occur outside of regular business hours.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures inventory data accuracy, identifies, and documents any discrepancies related to auditing loads.
  • Moves materials throughout the plant and warehouse.
  • Assists in investigating items status locations, analyzes the exceptions, and updates inventory.
  • Assists in physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Assists in the coordination and reconciliation of inventory or location discrepancies associated with the cycle count process, as well as performing data entry.
  • Assists in maintaining and adjusting an accurate Bill of Materials.
  • Maintains historical records of all inventory transactions, including transfers, builds, adjustments, cycle counts, audits performed, shortages, discrepancies, and resolutions.
  • Coordinates the movement of materials and parts between outside vendors and internal locations.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system and/or QuickBooks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing custodial, building/facilities, and equipment maintenance along with other mechanical support and repairs.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (custodial, painting, carpentry, snow removal, assembly of shelving and racking, etc.).
  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean circuit breaker panels etc.).
  • Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts and other building systems.
  • Perform manual repairs and assemblies when necessary (fixtures, repair equipment, leaks, appliances, etc.).
  • Comply with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Checks invoices against receiving records for discrepancies; investigates any discrepancies and rectifies same with Purchasing, department manager or vendor.  
  • Processes invoices by using voucher match or Standard voucher entry without purchase orders and with purchase   orders.
  • Files vouchered invoices in "open payables drawer" for purpose of processing payment to vendors.
  • Responsible for accruing sales tax, when applicable.
  • Uses scanning system for recording all Accounts Payable voucher packets.
  • Assists with audit requests
  • Completes new vendor credit applications and acquires authorized signatures for submission.
  • Assists with monthly corporate credit card reconciliation, including downloading approved expense reports with receipts and entry in Payables.
  • At year-end, moves current year AP files to storage and prepares file cabinet for new year filing.
  • Handles phone and e-mail inquiries from vendors regarding payment or outstanding invoices.
  • Daily maintenance of incoming correspondence and invoices
  • Other assignments, as requested.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

2 + years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or general accounting practices and A/P.  Familiarity with computerized accounting systems.  JD Edwards experience a plus.  Math skills associated with accounting function and ability to work with numbers on a regular basis.  Good interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.  Must work well in a team environment.
