The Production Assembler will be responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test all Ravin products.

Position Summary:

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for shipping, ensuring that only the intended goods get shipped out of the warehouse in a cost-effective manner.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Verify and keep records on outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment
  • Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measure items of outgoing shipments to verify information against bills, invoices, orders, or other records
  • Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates (may include contacting motor carriers to notify them of shipment information)
  • Complete and visually inspect paperwork for all shipments including bills, export papers, manifest, and other documents, ensuring the correct parts are being shipped
  • Affix shipping labels on packed cartons or stencil identifying shipping information on cartons using stenciling equipment
  • Insert items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding
  • Post weights and shipping charges, affix postage
  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
  • May operate forklift to move shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area
  • Perform other stockroom duties, as needed

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for reviewing and inspecting products to ensure they meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.


  • Record QA test data and observations
  • Organize and summarize test results and prepare related reports including statistical studies to assess conformance to requirements
  • Convey raw material and product quality issues to management
  • Perform actions to resolve issues and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain working knowledge of all instruments used for routine and non-routine sample testing and troubleshooting
  • Monitor measuring-equipment’s performance
  • Ensure product evaluation complies with fit performance, grading, workmanship, and technical viability
  • Resolve problems in conjunction with managers, production, and engineering personnel

  • Quality Assurance technical training or experience in an industry-related field preferred
  • Experience with metrology tools such as caliper, micrometer, and CMM preferred

The Technical Support /Customer Service Representative works with outside suppliers and dealers, the Shipping and Purchasing Departments, and office staff through phone calls, meetings, and email to ensure customer orders are entered correctly and filled to their satisfaction.


  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts
