Ravin Crossbows is hiring Production Assembler, this position is responsible for assembling all Ravin products. The Production Assembler will be responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test all Ravin products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
  • Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Handle sharp cutting tools/objects
  • Utilize torque wrench/driver and arbor press
  • Communicate clearly
  • Utilize basic to intermediate math
  • Operate pallet jack to move packaged products and product components

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Production Assembler may be subject to standing long hours with repeated hand/arm motions, bending, lifting (20-30 pounds) and squatting in a manufacturing environment. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Support /Customer Service Representative works with outside suppliers and dealers, the Shipping and Purchasing Departments, and office staff through phone calls, meetings, and email to ensure customer orders are entered correctly and filled to their satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Gathering data and building reports for Managers
  • Conduct post-sale follow ups (call customers and dealers to ensure the welcome letter and contract start date are correct)
  • Call on prospective clients
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Data entry
  • Develop quotations in cooperation with identified sales strategies and information collected from customers or partners, as assigned
  • Conduct ongoing customer-needs analysis and research of customer requirements through first-party resources
  • Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
  • Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis
  • Assist in completing sales projects, including proposals and marketing
  • Other duties, as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Manager is responsible for supervising assembly line employees at all floor stations. This position plans and assigns works and also oversees work productivity. This position will be responsible for the supervision 60 – 80 people.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proficient with Lean Manufacturing Techniques with root cause analysis
  • Ensures conformance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Ensures product quality levels
  • Identifies units that fail tests
  • Troubleshoots problems that arise
  • Enforces all Ravin’s policies and procedures for all assembly line employees
  • Ensures effective employee relations
  • Continuous communication to determine daily cycle of production line
  • Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas
  • Provides leadership throughout day
  • Performs accident investigations
  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Tracks absenteeism and timekeeping
  • Coordinates with Leads to allocate and manage resources for optimum production
  • Other duties, as assigned

Responsible for meeting deadlines for the monthly close process along with ongoing accounting responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform senior-level accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis
  • Assist in the review of month end results to ensure proper coding of transactions
  • Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
  • Maintain internal controls
  • Provide analysis and support to finance and operations management
  • Assist in the development and/or improvement of accounting processes and facilitation of on-going activity to implement improvements
  • Provide support for weekly cycle counting
  • Contribute to department and organization with special projects as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors’ degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing Environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP
  • Mature judgement in handling sensitive data and problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a desire to participate, learn and contribute
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Excel and Microsoft Products
  • Excellent communication skills
