POSITION SUMMARY:  The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving our mission to provide world-class sales and service experiences to our dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment but can also analyze data to make decisions and recommendations. Working with both current dealers and prospective accounts, as well as collaborating with external sales representatives in the field, this role involves relationship-building, sales strategy, and data-driven reporting to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel for annual trade shows and meetings will be required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and buyers to drive revenue and expand the dealer network.
• Collaborate closely with external sales representatives in the field to ensure alignment of sales goals and strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide fact-based insights to improve forecasting and business strategies.
• Contribute to strategy sessions, presenting reports and data that guide sales decisions.

• Attend annual trade shows and occasional meetings, representing the company and building dealer relationships

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in a sales role with an ability to analyze data and provide fact-based reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Teams is a must.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on both servicing current accounts and developing new ones.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external sales reps and internal teams, contributing to a cohesive sales strategy.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for the accurate review and inspection of products, components, and processes to ensure they meet the established standards.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform first-piece, in-process, prototype, dimensional, and visual inspections of components, subassemblies, and products.
• Use CMMs, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height gauges, indicators, thread gauges, and other precision inspection equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and inspection requirements.
• Document inspection results, nonconformances, and required traceability.
• Audit manufacturing and assembly processes for compliance with SOPs, work instructions, drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and document process deviations and assist with corrective actions and follow-up.
• Verify assembly-line tools and equipment are functioning properly and are set to required specifications, including torque-controlled tools.
• Perform or coordinate torque, calibration, and equipment verification checks using appropriate equipment.
• Identify and report equipment that is out of specification, malfunctioning, or could affect product quality.
• Record and analyze inspection and quality data and assist with statistical studies and quality investigations.
• Communicate quality issues and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support prototype and new product development through inspection, measurement, and technical feedback.
• Work with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve product and process performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical training, education, or manufacturing/inspection experience with precision measurement equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to accurately document results.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing environment preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP
• Payroll Experience (Paychex beneficial)
• Mature judgement in handling sensitive data and problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Highly motivated with a desire to participate, learn and contribute
• Knowledge and proficiency of Excel and Microsoft Products
