POSITION SUMMARY:
The Custodian/Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing custodial, building/facilities, and equipment maintenance along with other mechanical support and repairs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (custodial, painting, carpentry, snow removal, assembly of shelving and racking, etc.).
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance documentation.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean circuit breaker panels etc.).
- Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, air compressors, cardboard baler, heating and cooling systems, and other building systems.
- Possess a basic understanding of heating and cooling systems.
- Perform manual repairs and assemblies when necessary (fixtures, repair equipment, leaks, appliances, etc.).
- Comply with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with the management of trash, recycling, and sustainability programs throughout facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform required tasks to keep up good condition and functionality of premises including the daily upkeep of facilities (bathrooms, parking lot, sidewalks, disposal of waste and recycling materials).
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), processes, safety compliance, and protocols.
- Maintains open communication between all departments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The Custodian/Maintenance Technician may be subject to repeated bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds) and squatting. In addition, the Custodian/Maintenance Technician must write, speak, and understand English. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Level I Production Assembler is responsible for assembling Ravin products. The Level I Production Assembler will be responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, following standard operating procedures (SOP), and to test equipment, and perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test Ravin products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works proficiently in 1-2 work stations
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of current/future standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety procedures
- Utilize torque wrench/driver and arbor press
- Handle sharp cutting tools/objects
- Utilize basic to intermediate math
- Communicate immediately and clearly when issues arise
- Produce minimal waste
- Document work accurately
- Attention to detail
- Operate pallet jack to move packaged products and product components
- Perform other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions (SOP’s), processes and procedures
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Management in timely manner
