POSITION SUMMARY:

The Limb Coating/CNC Assistant is responsible for assisting the CNC Operators in their daily operations and working in Limb Coating when needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and coats limbs with spray coatings to produce products to Ravin specifications
  • Maintains production standards and completes housekeeping tasks
  • Manages the tumbler room and keeps tumblers running
  • Maintains a clean, organized work environment
  • Assist CNC Operators with duties and responsibilities during shift
  • Operate CNC machines during scheduled and unscheduled absence or breaks of CNC operators
  • Helps with daily maintenance and cleaning schedule
  • Keep a positive attitude and good work ethic for other employees to emulate
  • Performs other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
  • Achieve daily production goals
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Engineering Technologist & Programmer
  • Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The Limb Coater/CNC Assistant may be subject to standing long hours with repeated reaching, bending, lifting (20-30 pounds) and squatting. The CNC Assistant/Limb Coating Assembler must be adept at fine motor skill manipulation with both hands. In addition, the CNC Assistant/Limb Coating Assembler must write, speak, and understand English. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the physical demands and essential functions of this position.

Job Summary:

The Pro Shop Sales Associate provides knowledgeable and friendly service to customers whether they are shopping for RAVIN products or other outdoor gear. This role assists customers in selecting products, provides expert advice on hunting equipment and accessories, and ensures excellent in-store experience. The associate also supports merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized retail environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greets and welcome customers.
  • Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
  • Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
  • Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
  • Assists customers with purchase decisions.
  • Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
  • Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
  • Processes returns and exchanges.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand and power tools. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and parts according to specifications on the assembly line
  • Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques in a manufacturing facility (Tier 1,2,3).
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols within the workplace.
